Shipping Policy
Most orders are shipped by USPS first class or priority mail. Orders over $35 ship for free. The manufacturing timeframe is subject to change but typically is as follows:
Non-custom clocks: 1-3 business days
Custom Clocks: 3-7 business days
Earrings: 1-3 Business Days
Other Home Decor: 1-3 Business Days
Return & Exchange Policy
Custom Tide Clocks
Before geographic proof is Sent: 100% refund
After geographic proof is Sent: 75% refund
After design proof is Sent: 25% refund
There is no return or refund on custom clocks once they have been sent to print. We will gladly provide a replacement or replacement parts if it is damaged in shipping.
Non-Custom Clocks
We gladly accept returns (minus exact shipping fees) within 14 days of it being received by you.
Earrings
Earrings cannot be returned once they are shipped.
Other Home Decor
We gladly accept returns (minus exact shipping fees) within 14 days of it being received by you.
If you need to return an item, simply contact us directly for a return authorization number. Without a RMA number, we will not be able to process the return. Unless the item is an exception to our general shipping policy, you need to send your item back to:
